Each user can make notes on PDFs, which are saved for that PDF. Access another person's annotations and merge them with your own or replace your annotations.
Warning
Annotations made while you're offline will sync once you reconnect to the internet, but annotations aren't available to others until they're synced.

Choose a song from a plan or from the Songs tab.

Select the ✏️ Annotations icon from the right of the toolbar.
If you don't see this toolbar when you open the song, tap the middle of the page, and the bar will drop down. Tapping the sides will switch pages.

To view another person's annotations, tap the 👤 person icon and choose their name.
Tip
People with Viewer permissions or higher can access annotations they made in a different key if they're in the same arrangement.

Tap the file name at the top.

Choose Import from another file.

Select the key from which you want to import the annotations.
You cannot edit other people's annotations. If you select one of the tools to try and edit them, you'll be prompted to either Replace or Merge these annotations with yours.

Replace permanently deletes your existing annotations and replaces them with the other person's annotations. You will not be able to get your annotations back.

Merge adds their annotations to yours, so you can see and edit them both.

Cancel takes you back to the file.
If you want to keep the changes, tap Done.
